Очень хорошо. Владимир Бортко выступил как абсолютный русский националист. (Только не понимаю, что он делает в КПРФ.)

Депутат предложил вариант новой конституции. По его мнению, Россия и Российская Федерация — это разные вещи, и вторая состоит из нескольких государств, в том числе Чечни или Татарстана.

При этом Бортко считает несправедливым, что в действующей российской конституции нет упоминания «русского народа», однако есть упоминание «татарского народа». «Я всячески приветствую это, я не только не хочу их унижать и оскорблять, наоборот, я просто хочу быть равным, больше ничего», — подчеркнул он.

Депутат заявил, что Россия должна стать отдельным государством, где живет русский народ. Ее конституцию он предлагает начать со слов «Мы, русский народ и народы Российской Федерации».

«Мне кажется несправедливым не упоминать меня! Меня не существует. Если вы считаете себя русской, вас тоже нет», — заявил Бортко. Собчак ответила, что находится там, где написано «многонациональный народ». «Там и находитесь, а я хочу находиться в России», — ответил режиссер.

Он подчеркнул, что ущемлен тем, что его не называют русским человеком в существующей конституции. Бортко указал, что отсутствие этих слов его оскорбляет. «Не только меня, а еще примерно 80 миллионов человек», — добавил он.

На вопрос о том, русский он или украинец, депутат заметил, что у него «500-летняя русская история по отцу», сама его фамилия — белорусско-литовская, а мать — украинка. Однако он тут же добавил, что, по его мнению, «украинского народа нет, а есть один русский народ».
